Lekki Free Zone Development Company (LFZDC) was established in May 2006 as a joint-venture partnership under the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Act. The joint venture comprises China-Africa Lekki Investment Limited (CALIL) as majority shareholder, the Lagos State Government and Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited.
莱基自由区开发公司（LFZDC）于2006年5月依据《尼日利亚出口加工区法》成立，为合资企业。股东包括控股股东中非莱基投资有限公司（CALIL）、拉各斯州政府及莱基全球投资有限公司。
LFZDC is authorised by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (NEPZA), together with the Lagos State Government, as the sole entity responsible for developing, operating, administering and managing the South-West Quadrant of the Lekki Free Zone project.
